Here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions about getting your hands on your worktown goodies:

How much do I have to pay for delivery?

Absolutely nothing for orders over £30. For orders under this amount, we charge £6.75 delivery. As well as covering our costs, we hope this encourages people to consolidate their orders and leave a nice small carbon footprint.

How long do I have to wait for my supplies?

Not longer than 24 hours for anything that we have in stock. We try to keep our vehicle journeys down to help with carbon emissions, but plan carefully to ensure that you'll receive your order the next day, between 9.00am and 5.30pm.

What if I've ordered the wrong items?

Don't worry - let us know, and we'll order the right one for you for delivery the next day. As long as you do this within seven days, we'll pick up the incorrect items and drop off the right ones - absolutely free. Anything over 10 days and we'll need to charge you a 15% restocking fee.

What's your returns policy?

We will give you a full refund on unspoiled items up to 21 days after delivery. Our full terms and conditions can be viewed here.

What is Rapidline?
